On Friday my school had cross country. We had to run 3 times around our whole school. The circuit round the whole school that was 1 km so we had to do 3km. I was running with my friend Josh we were walking most of the time but we did jog for some of the time. Josh and I didn't try because we didn't want to go to school zones for cross country.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:

Thanks for the effort on Friday Ezra. The main thing is that you ran and participated which was an achievement. Next time could you use more descriptive vocabulary to say how you felt and what the atmosphere was like on the day.
